Former strip club DJ, published writer and professional comedian Ray McMillin is coming to Arcata Playhouse in Arcata, CA on Friday, November 18th. Having lived in Humboldt county on and off for the better part of a decade, this Oregon native is stranger to trimsmigrants, drednecks, hipsters from Portland, Plazoids and everything else Humboldt County could do without. You've seen Ray's writing in The Hard Times and Portland's Exotic Magazine, or possibly on stage at clubs like Harvey's Portland and Punch Line SF. Now you can see him perform a few blocks behind Los Bagels in "not Eureka," CA.
Joining the bill are local powerhouses Jessica Grant, Josh Barnes and William Toblerone. Hosted by Humboldt's own Kim Hodges, this show starts at 8:30pm (8:00 doors) and is an 18-and-over affair.
